Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Reservation is only valid upon payment of 50% of the total amount. Payment can be made through bank transfer to BIN: 0045 3160 4029 5422 8524 1, IBAN: PT50 0045 3160 4029 5422 8524 1, BIC/SWIFT: CCCMPTPL;
• The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of check-in, upon delivery of the apartment keys;
• Means of Payment accepted: bank transfer and cash.

Note: You must make a payment of 120€ at check-in to cover incidents. This will be fully refunded after check-out upon inspection of the property.

CANCELATION POLICY:

• Up to 30 days before the scheduled date of check in - 25% payment of the total amount of the reservation;
• Up to 6 days before the scheduled date of check in - 50% payment of the total amount of the reservation;
• From 5 days to the day of the scheduled date of check-in - 100% payment of the total amount of the reservation;
• In case of interruption of the stay, the full price will be charged.

OPERATING CONDITIONS:

• Time of Check-in and Check-out:
  • Check-in: 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
  • Check-out: up to 12:00 a.m.;
• Smoking inside all facilities is prohibited;
• Pets are not allowed;
• Free bed for children under 4 years age (bed with double bars);
• The stay includes:
  • Bed linen and bath towels (they'll be changed at the end of each stay or weekly. - Other conditions may be agreed);
  • The apartment will be cleaned at the end of the stay. Other conditions may be agreed;
• Other conditions may be agreed.

All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate.
